When you land, we're there. We pick you up, get you to your new home, and spend the first weeks making sure every essential — city registration, bank account, phone, utilities — is set up right.
PHASE 03
First days are stressful for anyone. We walk you to your workplace, introduce you to your team, explain the work in your language, and stay close through that crucial first week.
PHASE 04
Starting work is just the beginning. We visit your site monthly, listen to how things are going, and step in with help at the first sign of trouble. As long as you're working, we're here.
Our team is multinational. You'll always have a coordinator who speaks your language (or a very close one).
