OUR PROMISE

Someone to talk to is how you stay.

Visa questions, work situations, Japanese language nuances, family needs, daily life—
you shouldn't carry these alone. Every person we place has someone to call on.

FOUR PHASES

Support broken into
4 clear phases.

Pre-arrival support PHASE 01
BEFORE ARRIVAL

Visas, language, and peace of mind.

The moment your job offer arrives, we begin. We walk you through complex visa paperwork in your language, teach you the Japanese you'll actually need, and prepare you for what Japan's culture and workplace will be like.

  • Visa processing: Certificate of Eligibility application, visa document prep, full support
  • Japanese lessons: Job-specific phrases, daily life essentials, professional communication
  • Cultural orientation: Workplace norms, etiquette, life in Japan expectations
  • Health & travel prep: Medical exam coordination, flight scheduling, arrival logistics
Arrival support PHASE 02
ARRIVAL IN JAPAN

From the airport, you're not alone.

When you land, we're there. We pick you up, get you to your new home, and spend the first weeks making sure every essential — city registration, bank account, phone, utilities — is set up right.

  • Airport pickup: We meet you at arrivals and take you to your accommodation
  • Housing: Furnished apartment with essentials ready, close to work
  • Administrative setup: City office registration, bank account, phone, My Number ID
  • Orientation: Trash rules, transport, shopping, local hospitals and supermarkets
Onboarding support PHASE 03
YOUR FIRST DAY AT WORK

You won't walk in alone.

First days are stressful for anyone. We walk you to your workplace, introduce you to your team, explain the work in your language, and stay close through that crucial first week.

  • Workplace introduction: From arrival to end of shift, we're there as your translator and guide
  • Work translation: Manuals, safety rules, procedures—translated and explained
  • Team introduction: Help you build relationships with your supervisor and coworkers
  • First week support: Telepono and messaging check-ins every day if you need them
Ongoing care PHASE 04
ONGOING CARE

Long-term support, not one-time handoff.

Starting work is just the beginning. We visit your site monthly, listen to how things are going, and step in with help at the first sign of trouble. As long as you're working, we're here.

  • Monthly site visits: Face-to-face check-ins at your workplace
  • 24-hour support line: Call or message anytime, in your language
  • Interpreter for emergencies: Hospital, police, city office — we translate and accompany you
  • Career growth: Skills training, language improvement, future job exploration
Multilingual coordinators
LANGUAGE SUPPORT

8 languages — you'll speak your own.

Our team is multinational. You'll always have a coordinator who speaks your language (or a very close one).
