From initial consultation and interviews through visa applications, arrival, and beyond.
Every step from your home country to your first day at work—in your native language.
"I'm not confident in Japanese." "Visa procedures sound complicated."
"How will I find a place to live?" — When you're considering a move to Japan from overseas, doubts are natural.
But there's a better way. Jobee walks with you every step—native-language consultations, online interviews, visa applications, housing arrangements, airport pickup, and first-day guidance. From your home country to starting work in Japan, we handle everything so you won't be left to figure it out alone.
Start with a single message online.
Contact us through our form, LINE, email, or Messenger—whatever works for you. Tell us which country you're in, what type of work interests you, and your family situation. Registration is free, and you can change your mind at any time.
We'll meet via Zoom, LINE video, WhatsApp, or your preferred platform. We'll discuss your work experience, qualifications, Japanese language level, your ideal work-life balance, and family plans, then suggest suitable positions and visa types that match your situation.
We introduce you to opportunities that match you—including exclusive openings not posted publicly. Once you find an interesting company, we handle translating and formatting your resume, CV, and credentials into Japanese standards.
All company interviews happen online, and our coordinator joins to provide interpretation and support. We help you understand questions, clarify any confusing points, and voice your questions to the company. You'll have the chance to ask about salary, schedule, and working conditions freely.
Once you receive an offer, we review the employment contract in your native language. Then we move to the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application. We partner with immigration specialists to prepare and submit your application, and once approved, you'll collect your visa at your nearest Japanese embassy or consulate.
Once your visa is approved, it's time to prepare for the move.
We arrange housing near your workplace (furnished options available), coordinate your arrival flight, and provide pre-arrival orientation on culture, safety, and workplace etiquette.
A Jobee coordinator will pick you up at the airport.
The first two weeks are intensive settlement time. Our coordinators accompany you for residency registration at city hall, opening a bank account, getting a phone, and applying for your individual number (My Number). We're with you on your first day at work, and we continue supporting you as long as you're building your career in Japan.
From your first contact to arriving in Japan: approximately 2–4 months (varies by visa type and country)
Breakdown: Steps 1–4 (consultation and interviews) 2–4 weeks / Step 5 (COE and visa applications) 1–3 months / Step 6 (arrival preparation) 2–4 weeks.
One message is all it takes.
Tell us a bit about your situation, and our coordinators will respond in your native language.
